Culligan is looking for a skilled Indirect Sourcing Manager to take the lead on strategic sourcing projects, enhance supplier partnerships, and tailor service requirements across different business units. This important role focuses on managing indirect spend categories including IT, marketing, HR services, and Real Estate.

We are seeking someone who is a strategic thinker with solid procurement experience, excellent negotiation abilities, and a proven history of achieving cost savings through effective category management. Category Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend to drive cost savings, improve service levels, and reduce risk.
  • Analyze spend data, supply markets, and business requirements to identify sourcing opportunities and develop improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align category strategies with business objectives.
Supplier Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while managing ongoing relationships for performance, compliance, and innovation.
  • Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing, service levels, terms, and conditions.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and manage supplier risk, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Sourcing & Procurement Execution
  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes: RFP development, bid analysis, contracting, and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and corporate governance.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline purchasing activities and enhance efficiency.
Cost Optimization & Reporting
  • Drive continuous cost reduction initiatives and value delivery through strategic sourcing and demand management.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics such as cost savings, supplier performance, and contract utilization.
  • Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is highly valued.
  • Over 7 years of dynamic experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
  • Hands-on experience supporting global operations, with a strong focus on pan-European markets.
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant cost savings through effective category management.
  • Skilled in using leading procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, and others.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, strategic mindset, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proven capability to lead by influence, work independently, and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications like CPSM, CIPS, PMP, and others are a definite plus.
