We are seeking a highly organised and process-oriented HR System & Project Coordinator to join our People Team from 1 September 2026 on a 12-month full time FTC. This role is central to improving functionality within our key people systems, particularly Litmos, ensuring accuracy and a smooth digital experience for employees. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in problem-solving, process improvement and serving as the primary point of contact for system-related information. Additionally, you will play a significant role in HR projects across the UK & I Hub, assisting in the coordination of system upgrades, implementation of new modules and various change initiatives that influence how our teams operate.
Responsibilities
- Manage core HR systems including learning, health and benefits platforms to ensure smooth daily operation.
- Maintain data quality through regular audits, updates and accurate record‑keeping.
- Provide first‑line system support to employees and managers, resolving queries and escalating issues.
- Support HR projects such as system upgrades, new modules and change initiatives across the UK&I Hub.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying efficiencies, updating documentation and enhancing user experience.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills — able to manage multiple systems, tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
- Process‑orientated mindset — comfortable following, improving and documenting workflows.
- HR systems experience, ideally including LMS, benefits or occupational health platforms.
- Data accuracy and reporting capability — confident working with data, running reports and maintaining data integrity.
- Strong communication skills — able to support employees, liaise with providers and collaborate across HR.
