Description
In the role of Talent Advisor, you'll partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver a reliable talent service, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for hiring managers and new team members across the Culligan UKI Group.
You will play a key part in supporting our expanding businesses by attracting and introducing exceptional talent to their teams across various locations in the UK.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and introducing new ways of working to ensure we continue to provide a first class service to our hiring managers and new team members.
- To actively support hiring managers throughout each stage of our Culligan Talent recruitment process to ensure consistency in every hiring process
- Take ownership of multiple vacancies within different business units and manage recruitment activity via our ATS
- Effectively screen shortlisted candidates and filter as necessary prior to sharing candidates with hiring managers
- Continuously evaluate the onboarding process to ensure it reflects our culture and enables the learning necessary for the new hire to be effective in the role in the minimum amount of time
- Participate in interviews with hiring managers when required and support managers to identify an appropriate offer/package to the successful candidate
- Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager to undertake talent needs assessment to identify future talent needs based on business objectives and growth plans
- To ensure reference checking processes are completed consistently and recorded appropriately as per GDPR
- Create engaging job advertisements and manage vacancy postings across appropriate channels
- Continue to identify resourcing solutions and monitor the success for each channel used
- Optimise different tools available via ATS including AI tools to ensure we continue to provide a positive recruitment process
- Collaborate with our HRHub shared service team to ensure we deliver a consistent and efficient 'Welcome to Culligan'
- To continuously monitor and track market activity including job title trends, salaries, benefits and methods of advertising
- Support creation of recruitment learning materials on our LMS platform
- Maintain compliance with recruitment policies, employment legislation, and data protection requirements.
- Produce recruitment reports and track key recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an internal recruitment, talent, consultant or recruitment partner role
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple vacancies.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment sourcing tools
