Service Centre Supervisor

As a pivotal member of our Operations Team, the Service Centre Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities within the Haydock Service Centre.

This role ensures that operational processes run smoothly, staff are supported and engaged, and customer expectations are consistently met.

Responsibilities of Service Centre Supervisor

  • Supervise daily operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with SLAs
  • Lead and motivate the service team including Water Delivery Drivers and Technicians
  • Assist in training and development of staff to meet operational standards
  • Coordinate deliveries, installations, and maintenance services for optimal customer satisfaction
  • Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control
  • Work closely with management to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Support team members with issues and concerns in daily operations
  • Ensure health and safety compliance within the service centre
  • Contribute to performance reviews and recruitment processes

Essential

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
