To accelerate the strategy delivery of the business by –
Maintaining the strategic deployment process plans for the CDW UK
Driving the Execution of efficient cross-functional projects to support the change agenda
Leading the preparation, validation, and approval of data driven business cases for change projects
Ensuring on time and on cost delivery of projects deliver projects on time, on cost
Providing accurate, timely and meaningful business intelligence and reporting collateral to aid with strategic decision making
Leading the charge to deliver our CSR agenda
Developing and embedding the business\’s ESG roadmap, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and regulatory reporting requirements
Identifying, prioritising, and executing environmental efficiency and impact-reduction initiatives across operations, supply chain, and customer delivery
PMO Management
Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for business improvements
Ensure a clear and consistent approach is in place to manage risk
Develop and maintain a pipeline of approved projects through agreed prioritization and set approval process
Collate qualitative and quantitative information on project performance, own and create reporting to the leadership team
Leverage global counterparts to implement standards operating systems and approaches
Project Delivery & Management
Own, lead, and deliver projects.
Take accountability for project execution, governance, and delivery
Demonstrate lean principles or willingness to learn and understand
Share expert knowledgeusing appropriate project methodology, including but not limited to SDP, Lean, Agile Scrum methodology
Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction
Be innovative – be the expert on the rapidly changing project management landscape, testing and adopting new ideas or ways of doing things
Act as Scrum Master for various projects and identify change champions within the business
Achieve delivery of projects 100% on time and on cost
Project Reporting
Pre-project – Build justification/business case.
Gain appropriate approvals including benefits & cost, resource allocation and timeline
Capture & regularly report progress and ensure sufficient information is accessible to stakeholders to make required decisions
Identify, record and timely report any risks and issues.
Proactively manage project throughout, including close out and post audit.
Measure and report benefits post closure.
Coach, support and develop Scrum based methodology and deployment
Reporting has regular cadence and is simple, understandable and regular
Improved Business Intelligence
Work with stakeholders across the CDWUK to establish robust data points for high-level reporting
Provide ongoing support to departments requiring access to strategic analysis
Encourage a best practice approach to management reporting
Ensure that all information is presented clearly and understandably, enabling timely and accurate key decision-making
Promote a culture of mutual growth through shared information and data-driven decision making
