Culligan International is seeking an experienced Interim Learning & Development Business Partner to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

You will partner with UK & Ireland leaders to identify capability gaps, design targeted learning solutions and lead key development initiatives.

Travel to locations across the UK & Ireland will be required to engage managers and employees on-site and drive practical interventions tailored to local business needs.
