Role Overview

As the Installation Engineer, you will apply your technical skills with power tools and plumbing to install all types of drinking water products, from retail to commercial and residential environments. No product knowledge is required at this stage, as a dedicated 6‑week City & Guilds induction programme and ongoing on‑job training will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve your goals.

Our Installation Engineers work across the UK delivering high quality water solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a world‑class customer experience in every job, positively contributing to Area, Regional and National NPS scores.
  • Support the growth of Zip products and HydroCare services by exceeding quotation targets set by your manager.
  • Achieve an industry‑leading first‑time fix rate through timely installation of Zip products, while adhering to all technical and health & safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent face‑to‑face customer service experience.
  • Comfortable being mobile, traveling to customer sites and engaging with diverse clients.
  • Good technical proficiency with power tools and plumbing, with a willingness to learn product details during training.
