Due to continued growth we have an exciting permanent opening within our Sales team as a Inside Sales Executive.

Working as part of our Inside Sales team this role will be responsible for managing and converting new inbound leads from various channels. We are seeking a proactive individual who will be regularly engaging with potential customers, understanding consumer needs along with guiding them through the sales process to close deals effectively. This role has an OTE potential of up to £40k.

What this role involves:

  • Lead Management: Handle and qualify new inbound leads through calls, emails, and online inquiries.
  • Pursuing profitable revenue growth by responding to inbound traffic.
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Guide leads through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Work with internal teams, including Customer Experience and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Build sales pipelines with a focus on active opportunity and value creation.
  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with all inbound leads to maximize conversion rates.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably handling inbound leads.
  • Understanding of lead management and customer relationship building.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a pro-active outgoing nature.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
