The Design Studio leader will play a vital role in driving Culligan UK’s next growth chapter – uniting Culligan alongside its supporting brands under a cohesive identity, while delivering compelling creative that fosters awareness, recognition, demand, and loyalty.

As our in-house creative, you\’ll engage with a diverse array of commercial and non-commercial teams across the UK, while also partnering closely with the Centre of Excellence Brand and Design teams to vividly bring our brand to life.

In this position, you will develop multi-channel assets and captivating content for both digital and offline campaigns, along with visual storytelling that underscores our brand mission, purpose, and values.

This hands-on, impactful role combines creative flair with strategic commercial insight, making it perfect for an experienced, multi-media designer who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative setting and is dedicated to nurturing a challenger brand that is making a meaningful difference in the UK.

Design Studio Leadership:

  • Set up and lead a UK design studio to support fast, high-quality creative delivery across the business.
  • Establish processes, templates, asset database and workflows to enable scalability and maintain brand and design standards.
  • Act as the go-to creative partner for marketing, sales and customer service teams and as a service to the business for other creative assets and designs

Brand Expression and Visual Consistency:

  • Independently or working with our campaign agency, own the delivery of on-brand, high-impact commercial creative for Culligan UK across digital and offline touchpoints – from social content and landing pages to print brochures and event materials
  • Collaborate with our global design team to both represent, challenge and stretch the brand guidelines, ensuring the Culligan voice stands out while staying aligned
  • Act as the visual brand guardian across the UK business, driving design quality and ensuring consistency across every external customer and internal touchpoint

Campaign Creative Development:

  • Translate marketing strategies into campaign concepts and cohesive creative assets that work across paid, owned and offline channels – including digital ads, social, print, out-of-home and POS
  • Collaborate closely with UK team members across digital, product, email and campaign marketing to develop integrated, insight-led campaigns that drive demand and awareness
  • Contribute to idea generation, content development and design rollout across customer journeys, with an emphasis on engaging storytelling and performance-led design
  • Partner with marketing leads to track performance, learn from results and continuously optimise visual output based on data and customer feedback

Sales Optimisation and Enablement:

  • Bring sales presentations, product toolkits and training materials to life with smart, visually engaging design that enhances understanding and drives confidence
  • Ensure sales assets are regularly updated, easy to find, and tailored to key customer segments

Content Creation and Asset Management:

  • Develop a wide range of content including product collateral, social visuals, presentations, event graphics, brochures, infographics, video storyboards and web assets
  • Maintain and organise a structured UK asset library on our local drive to support internal stakeholders, while uploading key assets to Brandfolder for regional and global sharing
  • Work with external suppliers (e.g. illustrators, editors, photographers) when needed, ensuring briefs are creatively strong and aligned to brand standards

Creative Governance and Global Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with global design teams to adapt international assets for local use, ensuring UK creative both challenges and respects brand guidelines
  • Feed UK market insight into global campaigns while helping to maintain visual consistency and elevate brand standards across regions

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a creative design role, ideally within a B2C or B2B2C multi-channel marketing environment.
  • Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related creative discipline education or training. Degree level, preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to deliver creative across both digital and offline formats – from social campaigns and web assets to print brochures and sales presentations.
  • Experience working within a brand or in-house team or at an agency, with a strong understanding of brand guardianship and localisation of global assets.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, product, digital, and international stakeholders.
