About Purezza
Purezza is transforming how the HoReCa industry serves water. We provide a fresh, sustainable alternative to bottled water by enabling venues to filter, chill and dispense premium still and sparkling water on‑site. Our end‑to‑end systems use advanced filtration and carbonation technology to deliver beautifully balanced, great‑tasting water. Launched in 2013, Purezza is now served in over 5,000 venues across 13 countries, with rapid growth across Europe, North America and Australia. We exist to help hospitality operators elevate guest experience while reducing environmental impact.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created role within a growing team, so an excellent chance for someone ambitious to help shape Purezza’s next chapter in the UK. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset and strong commercial instincts. You’ll work directly with some of the UK’s most respected and forward‑thinking hospitality operators, helping them elevate guest experience while materially improving their ESG performance and their bottom line. You’ll also play a key role in our North Star goal: establishing Purezza as the leading service business in the UK.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive Growth & Market Presence: Own and drive new business development across the premium UK hospitality sector, with a core focus on London. Build, manage and convert a high‑quality pipeline of premium prospects. Develop strong, lasting relationships with owners, founders and senior decision‑makers. Deliver consultative, insight‑led sales conversations focused on both commercial and ESG impact.
- Champion the Purezza Brand: Establish Purezza as the best‑in‑class service offering and category leader within premium hospitality. Actively network within the industry, attending key events and building brand presence. Represent Purezza with professionalism, confidence and a deep understanding of our sustainability and service‑led value proposition.
- Collaborate & Contribute: Work cross‑functionally to support brand building, market strategy and customer success. Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting. Provide market insights to help shape product, marketing and commercial strategy.
Who You Are
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Growth mindset — always learning, improving and pushing for better.
- Commercially sharp with strong instincts for value creation.
- Detail‑oriented and disciplined in your approach.
- Confident operating in a relationship‑led, premium sales environment.
- Excellent communicator and influencer.
- A self‑starter who is comfortable building structure, not just following it.
What You Bring
- Essential: Minimum 3 years of proven success in business development within hospitality or a related premium sector. Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision‑makers. Ability to thrive in a startup‑style, fast‑moving environment.
- Nice to Have: Experience working with global hotel operators. A strong network within the UK hospitality industry. Experience selling a high‑value brand (ideally food/drink).
What We Offer
- £45,000–£55,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- Commission + performance bonuses
- Hybrid working (3 days onsite/events, 2 days remote)
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Company Pension scheme
- Company Sick Pay (after qualifying period)
- Cycle to Work scheme available
- Employee rewards and discounts
- Option to join Health Care Cash Plan
- 24/7 365‑day access to Employee Assistance Programme through Health Assured
- Access to on‑going learning and development with our online learning platform
