Culligan Harvey Water Softeners are looking for a Service Engineer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Attend service calls in customer homes and dealer premises.
- Conduct field‑based assessments and report technical concerns to the service manager.
- Provide excellent on‑site service and successfully repair water softeners.
- Work independently or as part of a team, adapting to changing requirements.
Qualifications
- Qualified or time‑served domestic plumber, or NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating.
- Previous experience with replacing white goods and general plumbing.
- Strong attention to detail and self‑motivated.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technically minded and eager to learn about water softeners through our intensive training programme.
