Role Overview
We are seeking plumbers to join our rapidly growing team of installers. This role offers a great career opportunity where you will play a key part in installing water softeners in customers’ homes and delivering world‑class customer service.
Responsibilities
• Install and service water softeners in residential properties.
• Provide technical support and demonstrate product knowledge during installations.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
• Participate in an intensive training programme at our academy.
Qualifications & Skills
– Qualified or time‑served domestic plumber required.
– Full UK driving licence.
– Excellent customer service skills and a technically minded approach.
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
