We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior AR Associate to join our Finance Team reporting into the Transactional Finance Manager. You will be handling collections and the resolution of account queries whilst working closely with our customers.
What this role involves
- Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments
- Negotiating repayment plans
- Maintaining accurate financial and customer records
- Case handling and following up tasks
- Posting and allocating daily cash receipts
- Providing account information to internal departments
- Raising credit notes
- Manage and maintain direct debits
- Enforce on stop and legal where required
- Any other related tasks
Requirements
- Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently & as a part of a team
- Strong organisational & telephone communication skills
- Ability to negotiate & persuade effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
