Culligan Harvey Water Softeners are looking for a Service Engineer to join our growing team. Everyone at Culligan Harvey's is responsible for delivering an amazing customer experience and living the company's values: dare to care, do the right thing, keep it simple, yes I can and make it fun.
Responsibilities
- Attend service calls in customer homes and dealer premises.
- Perform field-based assessments and convey any technical concerns back to the service manager.
- Provide the best service to the customer onsite while successfully fixing water softeners.
- Work with our intensive training programme to gain knowledge about water softeners.
Qualifications
- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating, or time-served domestic plumber.
- Previous plumbing knowledge; experience of replacing white goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adaptable; able to work solo or as part of a team.
- Technical minded with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
