Culligan Harvey Water Softeners is looking for a Service Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves attending service calls at customer homes and dealer premises, performing field based assessments, conveying technical concerns to the service manager, and providing the best service to customers onsite while fixing water softeners.

Responsibilities

  • Attend service calls in customer homes and dealer premises
  • Perform field based assessments
  • Convey technical concerns back to the service manager
  • Fix water softeners on site, using training provided by the company academy
  • Work independently or as part of a team
  • Maintain excellent customer service and professional conduct

Qualifications

  • Qualified or time‑served domestic plumber, or equivalent NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating
  • Previous plumbing knowledge and experience replacing white goods
  • Technically minded and self‑motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing work demands
