Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and inspiring the team to perform at their best and maintain a positive work environment
• Planning personnel deployments and optimizing work processes for improved efficiency
• Helping the team when needed to support their success and address challenges
• Managing the ordering and inventory of consumables to ensure effective supply level
• Organizing and managing laundry supplies to meet operational requirements
• Ensuring the environment remains clean and welcoming
