We're hiring Account Executives for a high-growth SaaS business that has cracked its go-to-market. Every meeting you take is pre-qualified and booked into your diary. Your job is to run a world-class sales process and close deals.
What the role looks like:
- Pre-qualified meetings booked directly into your calendar; no outbound cold calling required.
- Full sales cycle ownership from discovery through to close.
- Selling to C-suite and senior decision makers.
- Working closely with SDRs and marketing who feed your pipeline.
- A target of around 200 qualified leads across the team each month.
The offer:
- £35,000 basic salary.
- £75,000 OTE (genuinely achievable).
- Uncapped commission.
- Hybrid working 2 days per week in Central London.
- US market hours: Monday to Thursday 1pm–9pm, Friday 1pm–5pm.
What we're looking for:
- At least 12 months in a B2B or SaaS closing role, or a strong SDR ready to make the step up.
- Comfortable presenting to and negotiating with C-suite stakeholders.
- Proven track record of hitting targets and progressing deals from discovery to close.
- Someone who takes ownership, prepares well, and follows a clean sales process.
- Must be able to commute to Aldgate 2 days per week and work the stated hours.
