Spring Street is a tribute to the iconic pizzerias of New York, serving up 18‑inch pizzas. Led by Michelin‑starred chef Tom Kemble, we’re all about house‑made dough, quality ingredients and the right balance of flavours.

Supervisor Role

Pay: £18 per hour inclusive of service charge

Intermediate to advanced English required

Responsibilities

  • Run shifts and oversee day‑to‑day FOH operations
  • Lead the team during service and work effectively under pressure
  • Ensure all guests leave happy and issues are resolved professionally
  • Handle customer complaints and any service issues that arise
  • Manage allergy orders carefully and ensure clear communication with the kitchen
  • Ensure all health, safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well‑organized restaurant at all times
  • Conduct stock counts and assist with ordering
  • Approve staff hours and support basic rota management
  • Complete end‑of‑night reporting and cash‑up procedures
