Culinary Collective is looking for a highly organised, proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing activity across its growing portfolio of chef-led premium concepts.
This is a varied, hands-on role that sits at the heart of the marketing team, supporting brand growth across digital marketing, influencer engagement, community management, websites and campaign delivery. You'll play a key role in ensuring our brands consistently show up in the right way across every customer touchpoint, whilst helping to bring creative campaigns and activations to life.
The ideal candidate is social-first, commercially aware and passionate about hospitality, food and culture. You'll have a strong eye for detail, enjoy juggling multiple projects and be equally comfortable managing day-to-day marketing operations as supporting larger brand campaigns.
The role will work across multiple standout restaurant brands, with significant opportunity to grow as the portfolio expands. As part of the expanding Brand & Marketing team, and reporting into the Brand & Content Lead, you'll work closely with restaurant teams, agencies, creators and external partners to deliver marketing activity that drives awareness, engagement and commercial performance.
What You’ll Do
- Support influencer engagement across the portfolio, identifying relevant creators and managing outreach, bookings and ongoing relationships.
- Coordinate influencer visits, campaign logistics and creator communications with restaurant teams.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across social media channels, responding to comments, direct messages and customer interactions in line with each brand's tone of voice.
- Monitor audience sentiment and elevate customer feedback where appropriate.
- Own and manage the central marketing inbox, responding to enquiries and coordinating requests with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage and update brand websites across the portfolio, ensuring content, imagery, menus, events and key information remain accurate and up to date.
- Support the planning and delivery of creative marketing campaigns from concept through to execution, working alongside the wider marketing team and external partners.
- Assist with campaign coordination, asset management, timelines and launch planning across multiple brands.
- Ensure all third-party platforms and listings, including Google Business Profiles, delivery platforms and restaurant directories, accurately reflect each brand through up-to-date imagery, menus and copy.
- Support local marketing initiatives, partnerships, launches and brand activations.
- Collate marketing, social media and campaign performance data across the portfolio, preparing monthly reports and highlighting key insights.
- Monitor competitor activity, hospitality trends and emerging opportunities to support future campaigns.
- Support the wider Brand & Marketing team with day-to-day marketing activity as the business continues to grow.
- Manage relationships with printers. Obtain quotations and production lead times.
Experience & Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and the wider social media landscape.
- Experience managing influencer outreach, partnerships or creator campaigns.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with campaign performance data, reporting and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
