Role Overview
As a Head Waiter/Waitress at Pyro, you'll be a key presence on the floor — approaching service with confidence, mentoring newer team members, and ensuring every table receives warm, professional service.
You'll play a central role in shaping the rhythm and standard of each service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your section with confidence, delivering warm and polished service.
- Act as a role model on the floor, setting the tone for exceptional guest experiences.
- Guide guests through the menu with storytelling, communicating the inspiration and ingredients behind key dishes and drinks.
- Support and coach junior team members, helping raise team standards across service.
- Maintain pace and communication with the kitchen to keep service smooth and energetic.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure every table leaves feeling looked after.
