Spring Street Pizza is expanding its bar concept and seeks a Junior Sous Chef to lead your section during service and to prepare housemade produce for our small plates menu, including focaccia, crudo, fritti and meatballs. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef in a small, agile team, in a 50 hour full-time role reporting to the Head Chef.
Ideal candidates have solid cooking experience at Chef de Partie level, strong knife skills, and a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients.
