Job Description
We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of an intimate, innovative restaurant with Michelin star ambitions. As we prepare to open our doors, we're seeking a passionate, experienced, and service-driven Head Waiter to lead our front of house team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service, ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Lead, train, and inspire the front of house staff
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain high standards
- Manage reservations and customer interactions with professionalism
- Uphold and promote our ethos of excellence and elevated community hospitality
- Oversee and delegate tasks to the waiters and bussers as necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-end dining environment (Michelin level is a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for hospitality and attention to detail
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards and wine pairing is a plus
Qualifications:
- WSET Level 2 or higher
- Barista level 1 or higher (desirable)
- Foor Handlers Level 2
