In Your First 12 Months, You’ll…
- Lead the bar operation across all services, ensuring speed, quality and consistency
- Build, train, and motivate a high‑performing bar team
- Own cocktail, spirits, beer, and non‑alcoholic beverage standards and execution
- Work closely with the General Manager and Head Sommelier to align drinks with the overall guest experience
- Manage ordering, stock control, wastage, and supplier relationships
- Control bar GP, margins, and stock accuracy in line with agreed targets
- Develop and maintain bar service standards, recipes and specs
- Lead service from the bar during busy shifts, setting the pace and tone
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and cash handling procedures
- Drive a positive, professional, and energetic bar culture
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a quality‑led venue
- Strong product knowledge across cocktails, spirits, beer and softs
- Confident leadership and ability to run busy services
- Commercial awareness around GP, wastage and stock control
- Organised, detail‑focused approach to systems and standards
