You will be based across Central London venues during afternoons, evenings, and weekends—hours that suit an electrician looking to build their career without early morning starts.

- General Site Upkeep: Perform basic plumbing fixes, including leaks, taps, and blockages. Manage general building upkeep, including minor painting, decorating, and furniture repairs. Monitor plant rooms and proactively flag potential issues to management.
- Qualifications: An electrical qualification (City & Guilds 2365, NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent)—candidates currently working toward these are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Some commercial or trade experience, even if in the early stages of your career.
- Independence: Comfortable working independently and traveling across different sites in Central London.
