Great Bear is seeking a confident Warehouse Team Leader for our Deeside operation. You will lead a team across the shift, ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met every day.
The role is on a 4 on/4 off days pattern, 07:00–19:00, 40.25 hours weekly, with a base salary of £28,505 plus £2,000 shift allowance. You will support the Shift Manager, coach colleagues, run briefs and use IT systems to monitor KPI targets while maintaining health and safety compliance.
