The Pallet Network is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Services and Network Services teams. You will deliver high levels of service to Partners, Customers of Partners, and internal stakeholders, with working hours 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays (possible to work from home).

Salary is £29,273 per annum with hybrid working options. You will coordinate information, manage queries, and support events and KPI reporting to ensure exceptional customer service.
