You will drive CI across the contract, identifying improvements in safety, service, cost and quality, and work with site teams to implement changes.

The role requires strong data analysis using Excel/Power BI, with Lean/Six Sigma knowledge desirable.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, plus change management experience, are essential.
