Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, seeks a confident Warehouse Team Leader for our Northampton site. You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment to deliver excellent service for key customers and support the Shift Manager in daily operations.
You will drive productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards to meet targets. The role is full-time, 4 on 4 off, 06:00–18:00 (40.25 hours/week) with £15.51 per hour plus overtime at time and a half.
