Culina is seeking a Transport Supervisor to lead the night traffic operations and driver teams in our Chilled & Fresh division, ensuring efficient planning and safe, compliant operations.
You will manage vehicle utilisation, coordinate with sub-contractors and agency drivers, and drive service levels while adhering to drivers hours and health & safety rules. The role is based on a 4 on, 3 off shift pattern with 19:00–07:00 start times.
