We’re looking for professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our CML team in Telford, supporting our Chilled operation and delivering to key retail customers across the UK. This is a permanent day driving role offering full-time stability, and the opportunity to be part of a trusted logistics operation. You’ll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards are valued every day.

This role is a 3 on 4 off shift pattern working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Start Windows between 14:00 - 18:00. Our 3 on, 4 off shift pattern provides extended periods of rest, greater flexibility, and an outstanding work-life balance, making it ideal for those who value quality time outside of work. Due to the nature of the products being delivered, our drivers will have 3 hour start windows to ensure they are flexible depending on volume.
Salary: £28867.32 basic with opportunity for OTE with shift and overtime allowance.
Qualifications
- Possession of LGV Class C+E Licence and valid DCPC
- Minimum 6 months experience driving LGV
- Full UK Driving License
- Excellent attention to detail
