Culina is seeking a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to oversee the site CI plan, act as PMO and support the Operational Excellence Strategy. You will facilitate change across the site to deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery and people benefits.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08.00-16.30. You will lead small projects, report progress and engage colleagues to sustain improvements through governance, training and problem solving.
