We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support our HR Operations function on a 12 month FTC during a busy and exciting period of growth and change. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as regular travel between sites may be required. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full employee lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in Employee Relations (ER), providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of people matters while partnering with managers to deliver practical, people-focused solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong Employee Relations experience, with confidence managing cases end-to-end
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience in providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data to inform decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust
- Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and HR systems
- CIPD qualified (or working towards) preferred, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
