Culina Group's iForce Bardon site in Leicestershire is recruiting a Warehouse Shift Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis. You will supervise operational shifts, lead teams to meet targets, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced logistics facility.
Shifts are Monday to Friday with start times between 06:00 and 14:00 or 14:00 and 22:00, 37.5 hours per week. You will drive KPIs, coach staff, and ensure inventory accuracy across two sites.
