Culina is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for its Haverhill site. This full-time, permanent role involves fast-paced picking in a chilled warehouse and requires adherence to safety standards.
You will work a 12-hour rotating shift pattern: 4 days on (07:00–19:00), 4 off, 4 nights on (19:00–07:00), 4 off, in a temperature-controlled environment between 2 and 4 degrees. You’ll handle loading/unloading, RF scanning and order assembly, with a focus on accuracy, timely deliveries, and teamwork.
