Culina is recruiting an Engagement Coordinator for our Chilled & Fresh division on a full‑time, 12‑month fixed-term contract. You’ll support senior leaders with engagement and retention across colleagues from onboarding to long-term development.
Working Monday to Friday, dayshift, you will drive engagement initiatives, coordinate onboarding, and improve the colleague experience across Warehouse, Transport and Stock teams.
