Fowler Welch is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our chilled distribution operation in Evesham. This hands-on role will support day-to-day warehouse running, motivate colleagues and ensure productivity, loading accuracy and service standards meet customer and company expectations.
The role is based in a chilled environment (2-4°C). Shift pattern is Wednesday to Saturday nights, 18:00–06:00, with a full-time permanent contract and a salary of £38,763 per annum.
