Culina is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for its Minworth operation in Birmingham. This permanent night-shift role (6pm–6am, 4 on/4 off) offers £31,574.10 per year plus a £2,000 night shift allowance. Overtime is paid at 1.5x for hours beyond weekly contracted time.
You will lead a team of ~10, support the Shift Manager, drive productivity, uphold safety and service standards, and develop staff to maximise performance.
