Are you looking for a leadership role where you can shape a brand-new home from the ground up, backed by a market-leading package of up to £65,000 and direct executive partnership?

Whether you're an established Registered Manager looking for a well-resourced provider closer to home, or an ambitious senior Deputy Manager ready for the backing to step up to your first Registered Manager post, we want to hear from you.

Founded in 2019, our organisation is an established, high-quality residential childcare group across the UK. With thriving residential services and an expanding network of specialised homes, we combine the resources, stability, and structure of an established provider with the warmth, agility, and close-knit feel of a family-run organisation.

Our brand-new Manor Park home in Slough is our newest flagship service: a high-specification, fully modernised home registered for up to two young people. Residential children's homes in Slough are exceptionally rare - meaning care managers locally often face lengthy commutes across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, or into West London. Here, you have the unique opportunity to lead a prestigious, high-resource service right in your local community, supported by a pre-assembled team and clinical backing.

Why join the Culina Roc family?

  • Market-Leading Reward: An exceptional package of up to £65,000 per annum, plus Ofsted registration and inspection bonuses, annual incentives, and paid birthday leave.
  • Cut Out the Commute: A rare, high-calibre residential leadership role located right in Slough (Manor Park), offering quick access without the daily motorway grind to neighbouring counties.
  • A Pre-Assembled, Motivated Team: Step into a ready-built staffing structure, including an energetic, experienced Deputy Manager (who loves home cooking and is already designing a garden vegetable patch with the young people!), a dedicated Team Leader, permanent Residential Care Workers, and waking/sleeping night staff.
  • Supportive 2:1 Establishment Ratios: Benefit from high staffing ratios (2:1 care while the home is being established and settled) to ensure safety, emotional security, and calm group dynamics.
  • Comprehensive Clinical Partnership: Work in direct partnership with our dedicated clinical psychology team, bMindful Psychology, embedding trauma-informed PACE practice across the home.
  • Genuine Work-Life Balance: Enjoy 36 days of annual leave, structured weekday hours, and a shared senior on-call rota that protects your personal time.
  • Executive Mentorship: Direct, open-door access to an experienced Responsible Individual bringing over 14 years of children's care experience to support and champion your registration.

Why join our team?

We believe children's residential care should feel like a true home from home - built on unconditional positive regard, emotional security, and ambitious futures. We don't believe in managing young people through rigid rules and control; we lead through connection before correction, using trauma-informed PACE principles (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy).

As a Registered Manager with us, you'll never feel isolated on an island. Our Directors and Responsible Individual maintain a proactive, supportive presence across our homes, ensuring you have the resources, staffing budgets, and executive backing to lead with confidence. We celebrate longevity, invest heavily in internal progression, and ensure our managers are rewarded for care quality, compliance, and team stability.
