Culina Tilbury are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on a permanent Culina contract. With great rates of pay on offer and free transport from Tilbury Town Station to the Warehouse.

Culina Logistics is looking for motivated individuals to build a career within the chilled distribution industry. Culina Logistics is the leading 3rd Party Logistics business in the UK specialising in chilled warehousing, providing an excellent platform to food and drink manufacturers.

Job Description

Shift: 4 on 4 off Days & Nights – Banked Hours

Salary:

  • Days: £14.71 per hour - £32,120.96 per annum
  • Nights: £15.82 per hour (including night premium) - £34,542.96 per annum

** We also have a site bonus scheme that rewards colleagues for their performance. This can increase earnings by an additional £2.50 per hour, £5,500 per annum **

  • Free Transport from Tilbury Town Station once employed.
  • This role works on a Banked Hours contract.
  • Pick stock and orders from set locations within the chilled warehouse.
  • Assemble customer orders from the order profile
  • Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
  • Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
  • Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

Qualifications

  • Ability to work within a warehouse environment
  • Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment
  • Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
  • Conscientious and reliable nature
