Culina Logistics is seeking a proactive Continuous Improvement Practitioner to lead site CI initiatives and PMO activities. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work with site teams to deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery and people benefits, using lean methods and problem solving.
You will monitor benefits, report risks and support change as part of the Operational Excellence Strategy, coaching colleagues and ensuring sustainability of new processes across the site.
