Job Description: We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Aylesford team, supporting key retail warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working 12-hour Night shifts on a 4on-3off pattern, including weekend work, from 19:00 to 07:00. The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures of around 3 degrees.

Salary: £37,219.42 per annum

What you'll be doing:

  • Accurately pick stock and customer orders in the chilled warehouse
  • Hit clear KPI targets in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
  • Build pallets safely and efficiently through accurate case picking
  • Operate PPT ride-ons to move palletised goods safely around the warehouse
  • Assemble customer orders accurately against order profiles
  • Make sure every order is picked with the correct products and quantities
  • Champion high standards of health and safety at all times
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised and running smoothly

Qualifications:

  • Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
  • Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance
  • PPT experience is desirable
  • Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment
  • Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy
  • Reliable, hardworking and committed to doing the job well
