The predicted salary is between 11 - 14 Β£ per hour.
Shift Pattern: 4ON 4OFF Rotating (4 Days and then 4 Nights)
Salary: Β£12.57 per hour
Your main job duties will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Working in collaboration with the shift Team Leader and site management.
- Completing all tasks to a high standard, swiftly and safely.
- Ensuring the smooth running of the site by completing all tasks swiftly and safely in the warehouse.
- Loading/unloading wagons or containers.
- Scanning all pallets into correct locations and completing all jobs 100%.
- Working to a high standard to ensure all pallets are delivered in good condition.
- Managing your time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed.
- Maintaining equipment and reporting any faults or issues immediately.
- Following all site safe systems of work.
- Assisting team leaders or management team if needed.
- Ensuring that there is a full handover to the following shift and site management.
- Encouraging awareness of the site rules including the use of walkways, designated smoking, eating and mobile phone areas, and the correct way of wearing PPE.
Qualifications:
- FLT Counterbalance Licence/experience is essential (In house or expired licences will be considered).
- Able to work to targets within a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
- Conscientious and reliable nature.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Must be a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative.
- Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns.
- Should have good oral and written communication skills.
