We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Training Lead to drive training excellence across our busy warehouse operation. Key Responsibilities Deliver MHE (Mechanical Handling Equipment) training and assessments. Conduct new starter on-site inductions and ensure colleagues are fully trained in safe working practices. Deliver Manual Handling training and refresher sessions. Complete post-incident/accident assessments and retraining where required. Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW). Coach, mentor, and support colleagues to improve operational performance and safety standards.
