Working in a fast-paced environment, our Warehouse Order Pickers are responsible for the picking and dispatching of packaged chilled products to retailers nationwide. In this role, you will be trained to use MHE equipment such as PPT and LLOP as part of our induction, followed by thorough training on our picking procedures.
We pride ourselves on providing an excellent work-life balance for our employees. Our colleagues work on a 4 On 4 Off Days schedule, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
The salary for this role is £25,449 (£12.26 P/H) per annum, with overtime opportunities available. Overtime shifts are paid at time and a half (x1.5) of the standard hourly rate for each hour worked.
Qualifications
We are seeking applicants with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, who want to build a career in logistics. Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is advantageous but not required, as full training will be provided following induction. This role is physical and based in a busy distribution centre, requiring colleagues to be constantly active during their shifts.
