We are now recruiting for Warehouse Order Pickers to join our chilled distribution operation at our depot in Haverhill.
Job Description
We pride ourselves on providing an excellent work-life balance for our colleagues. We operate on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
This is a fast-paced role involving a variety of tasks, including replenishing stock, picking and packing customer orders, assisting drivers with deliveries, maintaining depot standards, and manual handling duties.
Banked hour contracts based on an average of 40 hours per week.
Shifts available: (12-hour shifts, 3x 30-minute breaks per shift).
- 4 on 4 off nights, 19:00-07:00.
- 4 on 4 off days, 07:00-19:00.
Salary:
- Nights: £31,534.32 per annum.
- Days: £28,792.03 per annum.
- Overtime: Available at time and a half when required.
- Bonus: Performance-related picking bonus to reward high performance.
Qualifications
- Experience may not be required if you have a motivated attitude.
- Ability to work in a cold environment of 2-5 degrees.
