We are a market leading ambient and chilled food & drink 3PL specialist, providing warehouse and distribution alongside fresh, food manufacturing, co-packing and bonded divisions. Working in partnership with some of the biggest household names in the food and drink sector. We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR operational team. The role of HR Business Partner is truly generalist, whereby you will partner senior stakeholders and take full HR responsibility for your sites, managing a variety of projects and initiatives. A successful HR Business Partner is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can juggle a number of changing priorities with a positive, can-do approach. Experience of working in Logistics/FMCG would certainly be an advantage for this role.
Key responsibilities of a HR Business Partner:
- Day to day generalist role, business partnering General Managers and other senior stakeholders in the business
- Case management – advising & supporting grievance/ performance/ disciplinary/ absence associated matters.
- Coaching and developing stakeholders in HR processes.
- Delivery of the Group wide HR strategy.
- Manage employee relations issues associated with any change, in particular proactive management of the relationship with employee representatives and trades unions
- Supporting the business with the development and delivery of People Plans across multiple sites.
- Influence the development and implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure they meet the needs of the business
- Ensure performance management processes are in place and operating effectively
- Management of Tribunal proceedings with ACAS intervention as required
- TUPE management
Qualifications

- CIPD Qualified, ideally level 5.
- HR legislative understanding/knowledge
- Proven experience in advising on HR associated matters (grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence etc)
- Experienced in organizational change
