We are now looking for a HGV Technician to join our Team on a Full Time and Permanent Basis.
Salary: £39,194.30 per annum.
Shift: 4ON 4OFF Days - 06:00am-18:00pm.
Job Description
- You are required to maintain ethical standards in accordance with Culina Asset Management's AG Policies and the Company’s Compliance Guidelines and Policies including Anti-Bribery and all relevant competition law.
- Carry out diagnostics and repair faults on vehicles.
- Complete all paperwork and carry out all downloads to audit standards.
- Carry out modifications and fitments to new vehicles.
- Carry out end of contract inspections.
- Carry out end of contract repairs.
- Adhere to all health and safety laws and keep good housekeeping.
- Technicians will need authority to clock idle codes from their charge hands or the workshop controller.
- If charge hands authorise any idle time, this should be reported to the workshop controller on that day.
- The idle time will be monitored and reviewed on a weekly basis by the workshop controller. Any issues or queries will be reported back to the charge hands.
Qualifications
- Must be qualified to City and Guild standard or equivalent.
- Must have relevant experience in a busy commercial workshop.
- Must have at least a full driving licence but preferably hold an HGV licence.
- Must be flexible and able to work under pressure.
