We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Compliance Administrator to join our team in Sheffield on a full time permanent basis.

Salary: £23,809-£27,910 per annum, depending on experience.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

The purpose of a Transport Compliance Administrator is to provide administrative support and creation of accurate data, with the ability to work to deadlines and contributing to the overall success of the site.

Key Duties of a Transport Compliance Administrator:

  • Contribute to the success of the site by ensuring that all vehicles and trailers adhere to service and MOT planned schedules.
  • Booking in vehicle and trailer services and MOTs in line with scheduled events and other requirements.
  • Complete daily trailer tracking.
  • Ensure all paperwork is signed and completed and returned within specified time scales.
  • Liaising with staff at other depots and external contacts to facilitate trailer return for service and MOT.
  • Photocopying, printing, organising and storing documents and computer based information.
  • Monitoring daily services and agent requirements.
  • Report and log vehicle break down and ensure call outs are completed.
  • Assist with other duties within the transport department as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Fantastic communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Able to manage own time to achieve targets.
