Culina Group operates Great Bear in Deeside and is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader to manage a team in a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment. You will support the Shift Manager, drive KPI targets, and ensure health and safety standards while delivering excellent service to key customers.
This is a full-time, permanent role on a 4 on 4 off night rotation from 19:00 to 07:00 (40.25 hours/week) with a salary of £28,505 per annum including a £2k allowance for 4on4off and a £2k night allowance.
