An excellent opportunity has arisen for C+E, Class 1 drivers to join our experienced Transport team in CML Lutterworth.
Shift Patterns
Wednesday – Sunday shift: 05:30am-09:30am start window.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £48,831 per annum.
Extra shift rates: Up to £266.40 per shift and shift premiums are available.
Shift Premiums
- Start between 21:00 and 01:59 – £10.00 per shift.
- Start between 08:00 and 20:59 – £15.00 per shift.
In addition, you will receive:
- Enhancements for working over 11-hour shifts
- Flexible start windows and premiums paid
- Night out allowances when applicable

Job Responsibilities
- Deliveries and collections to various RDCs across the UK for well-known clients.
- Delivery of palletised chilled goods or basket deliveries (self-tipping required for baskets).
- Ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
- Adhering to road safety regulations and company policies.
- Client collections.
- Inter-depot trunking.
- Opportunity to work with a fleet of new trucks, typically less than two years old.
Qualifications
- LGV/HGV C+E (Class 1) Driving Licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digicard
